1. Overview

These Terms govern your subscription to and use of services provided by Informed Growth LTD (“Informed Growth”, “we”, “us”).

By engaging our services or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Scope

Informed Growth provides Growth Ops services including:

• Data cleaning and structuring
• Dashboard creation and upkeep
• Workflow automation and integration
• Documentation and system optimisation
• Weekly insights and reports

Excluded services include paid ads, content creation, or campaign management.

3. Payments and Billing

• Services billed monthly at £1,500 excluding VAT, payable in advance via Stripe.
• Work begins after payment is received.
• Each payment covers one full month of service (~20 hours).
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled.
